1. Production Description: This material is a state-of-the-art 100% solids, ultra-fast cure, flexible, spray-applied, high build, two-component aromatic pure polyurea elastomer. It consists of a quasi-prepolymer rich in free NCO (Component A) and a mixture of polyetheramines, amine extenders, and other additives (Component B). It is used to produce anticorrosive coatings, liners, wearing courses, and resilient surfaces on concrete, metal, and other substrates in the petrochemical industry. It can produce an extremely tough film at all thicknesses and is relatively moisture and temperature insensitive, allowing application in challenging ambient conditions.
