Medium line flange butterfly valve is a high-quality soft seal valve. It is mainly composed of a fully lined rubber valve body, butterfly plate, valve stem,operating mechanism, etc. It has the characteristics of simple structure,good corrosion resistance, lightweight operating torque, and high reliability. This  valve is widely used in tap water systems, industrial water systems, sewage treatment, metallurgy, petrochemicals and other industries for cutting off and regulating pipeline media. It is also suitable for cutting off and regulating highly corrosive systems (such as seawater treatment).

Product Features:

• The inner wall of the valve body adopts a rubber integral vulcanization structure, which completely isolates the contact between the medium and the valve body metal, and has excellent anti-corrosion performance;
• The butterfly plate adopts a pancake shaped structure, coupled with a full bore valve seat, which has very low flow resistance;
• The rubber valve seat is fully vulcanized on the valve body, and there will be no displacement or misalignment of the valve seat during the valve opening and closing process. When the valve is fully closed, the compression at all parts of the valve seat is uniform;
• The connection between the butterfly plate and the shaft adopts a special pin structure, which is firmly connected and highly reliable;
• Valves can be equipped with worm gear transmission, handle transmission, electric, pneumatic and other driving methods to meet customer needs.
