As a secondary filter in irrigation systems, it effectively removes fibrous impurities from irrigation water, especially with high capture ability for soft and fibrous impurities.

Automatic Backflushing Disc Filter

• The aerolion series disc filter element consists of a set of grooved discs on both sides. Solids and suspended substances in water are trapped at the intersections formed by the groove edges. Thanks to the combined effect of surface interception and depth coagulation, the filtration efficiency is significantly improved. 

• The aerolion series disc filter features high-efficiency backwashing, fully automatic continuous operation, low backwash water consumption, small footprint and stable performance. Backwashing is carried out alternately among filter banks with automatic switching between filtration and backwashing modes, ensuring continuous water production and low pressure loss, thus delivering remarkable technical advantages. 

• The aerolion series disc filter adopts a modular design and can be flexibly combined with multiple filter units to meet the requirements of various applications. Backwashing control is user-friendly and can be triggered by dual signals: pressure difference and timer.
